Hi, I'm not sure if I've put this in the correct place but I do apologise if that's the case.

Has anyone ever downloaded a Home Guard file from the National Archives?

I ordered my Granddad's on the 22nd and it still seems to be in the download stage, is that normal because of the size of the file or is there an error somewhere?

Is it Durham Home Guard? It should download straight away after you've made the payment. I'd contact them, if I were you

I thought you might like as update, the records arrived today. Only 2 pages but they still provided some form of information.
