  • Ancestry new error on me

    anybody else getting this

    blast it would not copy but its a page full of print

    I think they are doing some upgrades today Val. It happened to me a couple of times when I tried to save something to someone in my tree, but when I clicked back and tried again it was ok. Then the tree box didn't open at first but it did the next time I tried.
    I think they might be improving the save facility.
    Chrissie passed away in January 2020.

        Yes, I've had a screen full of red coding if thst's what you mean. LOL .... I thought it was when I was going too fast for it to keep up! It always came right after a second try. Been on a roll today with all sites behaving themselves.

          I've had that error page with red coding several times today when I've tried to view records & when you click on the top search button to pull down the menu i.e BMDs or census etc it just brings up the general search form. It's so annoying.

                      I am finding today that I cannot save / download ancestry images (but have had no problems previously, including yesterday). Is anyone else experiencing this? If it's just me, does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
