  • Another 'missing' Kilby

this time its Arthur Charles who's missing in 1911.
He was born in 1880 Leicester, parents John (musician) and Ann
    I've found him in 1881, 1891 and 1901 ... he died in 1923 (43) Maidstone.
I've also found his military record 1896-1900
and several criminal convictions between 1895, 1902-1905 ... an habitual thief

Any information about him between 1911 - 1923 would be very much appreciated ... not sure if he married or not.
His intended address upon release from prison in 1909 was Cardiff / occ; baker

Looks like he was incarcerated again - On FMP, as George Frederick Silvester, aka Arthur Charles Kilby, (long list of previous offences), tried on 21 Oct 1909 for Breaking and Entering and receiving stolen goods, sentenced to 3 years at Wormwood Scrubs.

Aka John William Chadwick, tried under this name in 1907 in Gravesend, horse stealing and also as Arthur Horton.

I purchased the supplement from 1923 Police Gazette ... it gives details of warrant issued for failure to turn up for monthly report.
Not suprising as he had died!
No photo of Arthur although there are photos of some other defaulters.
