My brother, Lieutenant Commander A.R.J.Rees RN MBE, died a month or so ago, can anyone tell me if it is possible to obtain a copy of his Naval record?

Not sure how recent it might be but there's the Navy List (Naval Officers) which some big libraries have on their shelves in the reference section.

Thanks JBee. Most of the free search lists only go up to the end of WW2. My brother only joined just before the end of the War.

Think JBee meant an actual book in the library. I also think these will be much more recent. Remember books? LOL
