  • Military discharge codes

This has been asked on another site, and I wonder if anyone on here can help please.

Can anyone tell me what the army discharge code: 19 (w) dis. 306a means please? The soldier was 52 years old.

I've tried googling but I cant seem to find a definate answer.

There are two sections, discipline and criminal and it would appear that yours comes under discipline (dis.) No 19 in the list is conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline e.g., Wearing a rank he is not entitled to. They had a summary hearing and a maximum of 2 years imprisonment. Not sure about the (w) or the 306A.

      Thanks Chrissie.
Who's been a naughty boy then... I think that the 306 bit is something to do with Alcohol or Drugs on duty. Not sure what the A bit is though.

I don't know, the question was asked on another site, I know very little other than the codes asked.
Thanks again. I've put the info onto the site and I'll let you know if anything comes back.
