  • Ancestry Worldwide questions

    Very curious... how useful is Ancestry Worldwide? Is it thorough? How many countries does it cover, and which have the most comprehensive data?

    In particular I am interested in South Africa, but only records going back to the 1960s.
    Eighteen -- Hadleigh, Suffolk; Reading, Berkshire
    Hendry -- Ballymena, Antrim; Glasgow, Lanarkshire
    Wylie -- Ballymena, Antrim; Glasgow, Lanarkshire

    Worldwide, is not as extensive as the use of the 'worldwide' would have you assume

    This will show you the countries it covers and you can then see what records are available in each of them at the moment.
