and also looking for the marriage record.
Alice Thomas b.1812 and Thomas Hocking, b. 1812 reportedly marry in Camborne, 1833. There are several trees on ancestry with them, one in particular seems to be well researched. He indicates on his tree that he had a researcher look up the marriage record in the PR.
No one seems to have found them in the 1841 census. They have children born in Cornwall in the early 1840s, so they should be there.
Here's their findagrave page. Note that their DOBs & Marriage dates are unsubstantiated, except for the one tree's reference to the marriage in 1833:
** Can anyone find them in 1841?
* Can anyone find the marriage record? I've looked in the Cornwall OPC without success, and I have sent a message to the researcher, so I may be able to retrieve the info from him.
Thanks!
Sarah
