I am trying to find any leads to trace the above named man's family. He served as an Intelligence Officer in the RAF during WW2 with 166 Squadron at Kirmington in Lincolnshire. He was a very popular Officer and was known as 'Uncle' Spence on the Station. I have the announcement of his death in the Telegraph of Thursday April 5th 1990 which says he was married to Alice and had two children, Michael and Joan. I assume he lived in Brighton as that is where the service was held. I have no idea where the children lived or what their full names are. Any help very greatly appreciated. K

Thank you,
Karen.
The man of this thread died in Brighton and apparently there was an obituary for him in The Telegraph 1990.
If you send a private message to kirmington you will find out more. Click on the name in the side panel and select private message - this means they get an email with your message in it.
