A couple of weeks ago, I uploaded my FTM tree to Ancestry. No problem with the upload and it has been updated and synced several times since.
It's a private tree, but I invited 2 people to view it, one an Ancestry subscriber, one is not.
But neither of them can see the tree, not via the invite, nor via the direct link to the tree, nor by any names in the tree.
Anyone any ideas why this is?
