Could anybody on here who has BT and a Windows mail email account tell me what I should be putting in as servers etc ?? I cannot get it to work thanks

port 993 is for imap - as shown in the link i posted #6
I know BT do not like imap - as i have had issues setting up uses with imap on some accounts
have you tried POP , again setting are all in the link
can you please also answer the other questions I posted

I am going to have to admit defeat whatever I do wont work so frustrating, I can do most things on here myself but not this.
I really need to set something up as yahoo was not delivering my emails for up to 5 days so deleted my account on there ,and Incredimail seems to be playing up too.

hi I'm not setting up as yahoo ,what happened was when I signed with BT that was my mail address I wanted to use, but not now ,I am trying to set up two BT internet email addresses on windows mail, I am probably doing something really stupid?
I dont know how to do screen shots .
