I have had an email from Talktalk addressed to:

It goes on to say that the charges are going up again on 11th June by £1.50. Plus from the 1st July free local calls made outside my inclusive local land line minutes.
At the moment I do not have a contract with TT and pay the £16.70 line rental with a Broadband Essentials at £8.50. I do not have the extra call package as some months I do not make any calls at all but I can call my friends in most of the world for free up to one hour and call all TT customers for free. The last increase was only in December and now this in our period of zero inflation!
I have tried to discuss it with them today we all seem to be on a different wave band as all TT want to do is sell me a TV package that does not interest me.
I am not certain either what ‘inclusive local line minutes’ means?
What do talktalk members think of this? Can I get a better option?
