Genes reunited finally processed Gedcom

I tried to import a Gedcom into there on the 8 Feb it was still sitting there 5 hours later so I emailed them and they said there was a problem which they were looking into, well I just got an email to say it has been successfully imported, so its taken over a month for them to sort it tut tut tut.

Can't help wondering if they are teetering a bit at the moment.
I removed a Gedcom from there in the last six weeks - had the most awful trouble removing it and am not entirely sure that I was successful.

have you tried searching for a name in your tree ? they certainly are slow now.

I also had this problem. Could not delete or upload. I had an email from them on on Monday to say they had deleted my tree and i was free to upload. So I have and its sorted.
