  • What is the meaning of . . . . .

    "surname" Al Fullagar.

This line, with an actual surname, appears in a Kent Baptism Transcription for the parish of Headcom. Can anyone tell me what it means. please?

    Thanks,

    Papi Jean

Hi - the parish is Headcorn in Kent (in case you don't know). I suspect it is alias Fullagar per the following for example from TNA:

Will of James Fullager alias Domene or Fullagar, Yeoman of Headcorn, Kent

      Thanks Bertie.

I hadn't looked at the whereabouts of the parish as I have only just found the entry. It was the Note which intrigued me.
