Hi everyone
I don't suppose I could make a cheeky request please?
I have been researching my ancestor Archibald Amor b 2/41899, Bromham, Wiltshire and it appears that he travelled to Canada between 1919-1924.
I have his return information (26/3/1923 in Southampton) from Ancestry. It appears he was deported because he was ill (Heart dis. is the reason given).
But Ancestry is also giving me a 'hint' for information for his outward journey. The hint document is titled 'Canada, Ocean Arrivals (Form 30A), 1919-1924 Record', but with the subscription I have, I cannot see overseas documents.
Is anyone able to see this document at all and let me know the information please? Or does anyone know where I could find it? I have looked on Family Search but I cannot seem to find my ancestor on the list they have there.
Thanks in advance,
Selina
