  • Why was he discharged?

Hiya everyone, I've come across the Army records of Thomas Cox for WW1 on both Ancestry & FMP but I honestly cannot see how he came to be discharged after roughly a month. I can see medical grounds but they aren't really listed that I can see. If anyone has any spare time could they possible help me to figure out this little detail please?

    Thank you.

The key is the Kings Regulations paragraph - here it seems to be 392 iii c
