    It is the note at the end please. I think it is- Begs?........traps.....?

    I've tried to see but your pic is too small feint to read can you enlarge the relevant bit? Usually margin notes relate to mistakes on the record entry that have been corrected.

        When i place my curser over the image, it says Balls2.jpg, so maybe the name is Daniel David Balls, I read it as.
        Also the other name I think is Elizbeth Willit? or Willet? but it could have an s on the end of that,( Willits or Willets)?

        Oopse! I read the original post wrong, sorry.

          Is it an on line record? if so can you give the link as I feel that if it could be enlarged more it might be clearer.

            It's on SEAX at the Essex Record Office. We're seeing the best resolution available. The entry is halfway down the baptism register for Tollesbury 1825. I cannot add any more than 'Begin here to t***'

            The ERO are normally quite accommodating. Email them and ask if they could examine the original.
