Just need a bit of advice please. I have William bap in Castle Donington Leics on 21 Feb 1744 father Luke Dumelow.
On one of his children's bap in 1771 he was listed as being a cordwainer. There is a Death Duty registration on Ancestry for a William Dumelow whose death was in 1811 in Leicester. It directs you to the National Archives and it is an admon that you can purchase for £3.30. Just wondering if anyone can see if this is my William before I purchase.
There is a death on Family Search with birth date 1741 which is quite near for that era (not always good with dates and aged then)
