Yes,I agree, looks like Kilvet but there doesn't appear to be such a name and the nearest I could think of was Kilvert. There are quite a few Kilverts in Manchester.

LAN-OPC has transcribed it as KILVET - but there is no other instance of the surname Kilvet, either on that site, Freebmd or Lancsbmd.
Thre is a birth in 1855 of a Maria KILVERT, which looks very likely to be the same child. (Lancsbmd).
