Did they marry?

Banns were read in Crediton Parish Church for
William HECTOR and Sarah Warren

It's on FMP, but not the marriage. Didn't find the marriage on FreeBMD, either.

I don't see the marriage record on FMP, either. The banns don't indicate if the marriages on the page took place.

Can anyone find a marriage for these two?

They married on 21.3.1818 by banns. Vicar John Rudall, witnesses William Amery and James Warren.
William is a woolsorter. Both signed their names

Ignore the above I realised when you said you looked at freebmd that it must be a later marriage.
I have found the banns for 1.3.1878 but sadly cannot find a marriage yet.

Probably not? In the banns, Sarah is a spinster, and they are both "of the parish" [Crediton]
