General Ancestry tree question please

Hi all

I have started a new tree on Ancestry for a friend, to find her ancestors, with her permission of course.

She and her parents were born in Belfast.

I have her parents names,birth and death details, but no hints have come up.

Any suggestions??

There has been a problem on the Ancestry website this week (as you may know) and at the moment the sync and search via Family Tree Maker has been disabled - which means that you wont get any hints. Hopefully it will be restored very soon.
