Thomas Wiggall 1911

Hi have not been on for quite awhile just starting back researching. Going through my notes I have not found Thomas Edwin Wiggall on the 1911 census. On the 1901 census he was down as a visitor with his mum in Cheltenham age 20. I know he had a troubled early life trying to commit suicide a few times and was possibly sent to an industrial school in 1894. He was born in Badgeworth nr Cheltenham in 1881. He just seemed to have disappeared as cant find even a death.
