I think Joseph turns up in 1861 aged 20, a private in the army RG9/1097 folio 11 page 133 but can't find the rest of the family yet.
Have also tried looking for a death for Georgiana and remarriage to Mary between 1840 and 1851 but no luck, problem being there were an awful lot of James Cooks about.Last edited by JudithM; 28-05-14, 09:05.Judith passed away in October 2018
