In the letters section today in the Daily Mail is a letter from a Ludovic Louis, who is trying to trace any relatives of Frank Newham. Ludovic has traced the relatives of 11 men who died in France during D-day, and would like to find relatives of Frank Newham to attend the 70th anniversary of the D-day landings.
Frank died aged 21, he was the son of Ernest and Emily Newham of Stonebridge, Middlesex, he was killed in action at Saint Vaast en Auge, Calvados, Normandy on the 6th June 1944.
I wonder if anyone has Frank in their family tree ?
