  • Another difficult witness signature.

    I'm wondering if the first letter is an 'M' which might give me a 'Mc' in the surname?
    Hoping someone can help please.

    That's hard! I can see the same letters in the surname as some in the forename. What do you think the forename is? It might be Reannan
    Anne N Mc Deann. But not at all sure if it is a Mc or just another middle mame, possibly a middle name with Mc?

      If it is an Irish name it could be Ni which is the female form of O' of an unmarried girl

        Reannan is a good suggestion Anne, that first letter looks like the first letter in the surname.

          Don't think it's Mc, looks like an R, the same letter as begins the Christian name.
