  • Mid Sussex District Times 1914-1918

Now digitized at Burgess Hill library, perhaps it could get a mention in the wiki.

Apparently I'm the first person to have a go with it and got the first printout free as the (very helpful) staff were getting to grips with how to print out individual articles. One year per CD, each month has its own fully searchable PDF.

I was looking for OH's granddad to find out which regiment he was in and up he popped getting married on Boxing Day so I've got regiment and wedding details in one hit.

I'm not sure where it would fit unless it is has an online link.

I assume it's part of this? http://www.whodoyouthinkyouaremagazi...ory-ww1-sussex . I've been waiting for that to appear online to add it to our Centenary pages.

I think it must be part of that Caroline, the librarian tells me she has looked up things for non-local people but other than emailing them I don't think there's any online link.
