Help with a Channel Islands marriage please.

I am trying to verify a marriage recorded on an Ancestry family tree.
It was between Thomas Le Provost and Marie Battam on 11 March 1851 in St. Hellier, Jersey. I cant find an official record for the event and I'm hoping someone can help.

Sods Law Alan - just returned from Jersey .....going back early June - so PM me all the details if you have had no success ...I have a Nephew in the Balliwick State Offices ( Chartered Surveyor )....I know it`s on the building side , but he might be able to find out some details/website / address for a contact ...keep me informed by PM if you want me to check records in June
