I have a copy of the National Burial Index 3 and also a subscription to FindmyPast. I'm a bit confused because I thought that FindmyPast had included all the records compiled for the NBI and they were to be available there instead of the former website (can't remember the name) where you paid a small amount for the information contributed by FHSs. I am confused because I was looking for a burial in Wigton Cumberland and it wasn't on FMP but it is on the NBI3 disc. (Samuel Rook buried 1835 Wigton)

Have I got it wrong??? I thought the disc was redundant if you had a sub to FMP but apparently not!

I believe that some of the contributing family history societies were not in agreement with their data being shared with FMP - their data will therefore only be available on the disc.

Ah, thanks for that. Need to keep checking the disc then!
