What I have on Eva in this post is a death record that is puzzling to me.

Quote - " In loving memory of Eva Louise Dodman born at Hamilton
Canada West died May 17th 1859. Died at Hindolvestone Jul 31st 1864.

I am puzzled over why there is 2 different death dates. Any help with
parents, siblings & spouse for Eva, would be appreciated.

After a quick search on FamilySearch, I came up short, with no hits.

It looks like a mistranscription. What's the source of that actual text for you? Are you looking at an image of a gravestone? Or is it someone's transcription?

There's a death registration for Eava Louise Canadia DODMAN in Aylsham registration district, (which includes Hindolvestone) for 1864q3.

Eva was in Hindolveston Norfolk when census was taken in 1861. She was recorded as 1 year old, British subject, born in America. her parents were William (a grocer ) & Amelia.

Looks like the first part if your quote should read born in Hamilton 17 May 1859
