  • 1861 Ancestry lookup please

Could someone please tell me how Ancestry have transcribed the second family on this page? FMP have it as CLARN but I have my doubts.

Ancestry have the family as ELAM, but to be honest after looking at the image, I don't think that's right either.

Although looking again at Ancestry, Joseph Elam seems traceable through the 1841, 1851 and his baptism & marriage so maybe that is correct.

Not sure which family you are talking about, is it Elam? (Joseph, Elizabeth Caroline, Robert Joseph, Mary Ann, Elizabeth Caroline and Sarah Ann).

Ancestry have it as Elam, and I read it the same.
