I'd like to say a big thank you to FTF for your wonderful wiki, it has helped me many times and I suggest members' take a look if you haven't done so already, there's a wealth of information there. This evening I was struggling to download a FTM ged.com file and became frustrated, then I got my brain into gear and thought 'where will I find easy to understand instructions' and consulted the wiki - bingo, I had a gedcom downloaded and uploaded to Ancestry in minutes. ;D

A fantastic resource, thanks so much to all who've contributed.
