Help please with this warning

Were you using a new program? Do you recognise the program its talking about? If not I would suspicious it might be a false warning. Hope you didn't click on it if you didn't recognise the program it names.

I know this is a bit late but the message is from your Windows Firewall and it is initiated by (if I read it correctly) your BT Broadband Desktop Help. If you block this then the BT broadband desktop help will not be able to access the internet.
