operating system requirement for FTM2014

Shown on the Ancestry.com site the system requirement for version 2014, among others, is Windows XP service pack 2. Service pack 3 is NOT listed. Is this true that 2014 will not function with Windows XP service pack 3?

I would have taken that to mean that Service Pack 2 is the minimum requirement.
