    Can anyone help, please?

    i use btinternet webmail. My accounts are sub accounts with my OH named as the main account holder. We have a total of 4 addresses and generally have no problems at all....... BUT ....

    I seem to have a problem with receiving one person's mail. All mail she sends is delayed by up to 3 days. I am in regular contact with her and she gets mine straight away. Sometimes she sends mail addressed to both me and my OH and his arrive straight away but mine is delayed. Thats the SAME message to almost the same account.

    i really need to sort this out because I think she thinks I'm ignoring her!

    if I was you I'd ask BT I have just googled and seems its a common problem ?

      Oh! Thanks Val. I hadn't thought of Googling it. Good to know I'm not alone anyway. Mt friend's email is blueyonder, which is one of the ones mentioned as being in conflict with BT.

        There seems to be lots of problems with BT broadband I was going to go with them but changed my mind.
        I would get in touch with them see if they can fix it.
