I have a query about an occupation on the 1911 census

Just been checking the 1911 census, could anyone with access have a look and see the occupation of
Albert Dalby b 1880 Exton Rutland living with wife Mary and daughter Constance b 1909 at 66 Hartford Rd Davenham Cheshire
In number 10 column it looks like 'BUTTER' ( could be Butler) but I can't read what is written in the number 11 column
