I couldn't see this on the Research Guide under The Census: it's a useful guide to census listings for 1801 - 1831 which are available in archives.
As you know the official census stats for this period do not contain householder's names, but when the information was collected by the parish many unofficial listings were kept the parish, some containing householder information. I've been transcribing some for Essex which seems to be particularly well served by some useful returns. Many having householder names and how many males/females in each household. Some other counties do not seem to be so fortunate. However, it may be worth considering if you're researching 1800 - 1841.
If it's already there, then sorry to duplicate work.
