Hi all - again,
Only me asking another question!!
I have this morning, recieved the WW2 Service Record of a relative of mine. A couple of things that have me puzzled are, on a number of pages it states that my soldier was, " Granted 28 days leave UK (LIAP)". Now, fortunately, the good people from the Army Personnel Centre, in Glasgow, included 14, pages of "Useful Abbreviations", and it says that, `LIAP`, stands for, "Leave in Addition to Python"??. Also, on another occasion it says "Posted to Draft Serial .... REKZK"!!!!!!!!
Has anybody got any idea what that means, because I`m lost.
Cheers, cresser.
