Lavinia Makin c 1878, Warrington, Lancashire (Well it used to be)

Looking for the lady in 1891 Census, have her in the others but maybe a transcription error.
Parents are Thomas & Mary Jane and I don't think the lady moved far from Warrington Area.
Would appreciate any help offered.
