That's lovely news! Thank you for sharing it.

You will find it harder to research modern family in Canada. Like Australia, they have much stricter rules than the UK about who is allowed to have access to BMD records for people who may still be alive.

Researching: BENNETT (Leics/Birmingham-ish) - incl. Leonard BENNETT in Detroit & Florida ; WARR/WOR, STRATFORD & GARDNER/GARNAR (Oxon); CHRISTMAS, RUSSELL, PAFOOT/PAFFORD (Hants); BIGWOOD, HAYLER/HAILOR (Sussex); LANCASTER (Beds, Berks, Wilts) - plus - COCKS (Spitalfields, Liverpool, Plymouth); RUSE/ROWSE, TREMEER, WADLIN(G)/WADLETON (Devonport, E Cornwall); GOULD (S Devon); CHAPMAN, HALL/HOLE, HORN (N Devon); BARRON, SCANTLEBURY (Mevagissey)...

LOL! Hi Debbie! Doris married Arnold after Art Moore, I can't remember his last name. They lived in Timmins then I believe Val-d'Or Quebec, I think that would have been late 50s.
