I am sure that Sarah and Caroline are siblings
Their parents John Gilcrist/Katherine Burgess
Name spelt different way over years

but i have not not looked for another Joseph Woods with Annie as daughter in census rtn but in 1911 when Annie married it same place/year of birth.
Look up please on other web site same marriage but does this give father occupation as my Joseph was Gardener

so with this information, you should be able to track annie back in the census, and hopefully find her at home with parents at some point.
