    Paraphrase: "Work was going on on the roof but too early to draw conclusions." Building work is a well-known cause of building fires, unfortunately. I hope the builder is well-insured.

      Aww, is it me or has there been a lot of fires lately? No wait, that's just in Stockton and the surrounding areas.

      Truthfully though it will be a shame if it holds any important documents (Family History wise)
