Obtaining marriage cert for 1931 Liverpool marriage

How do I obtain a copy of the marriage certificate for a couple married in Liverpool in 1930? I have the reference (Vol 8b Page 851) from the England and Wales index for Nov-Dec.

Most of you will probably find this an elementary question but all my other research has been for the Scottish side of my tree.

If you want to order online go to the GRO website https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/c...ates/Login.asp register and then order, specifying that you have the GRO reference. The cost will be £9.25 Beware other sites that look a bit like the official site but cost a lot more.
