Wills, if they are available will be found at the National Archives of Ireland Dublin and some of these are available through ancestry though I have no idea if you get the full access to the will or just a few details. Many wills were lost during the 1922 Forecourt fires. An e mail to TNA Dublin should help you. http://www.nationalarchives.ie/

It obviously depends which years you are looking at but pre 1922 wills were not commonly made in Ireland, certainly not amongst the Catholic population which was about 85% of the population. Documents lost in the forecourt fires of 1922 were mainly Protestant records which included many wills
