I bought two for £60 both included 6 months free ancestry first one installed OK 6months ago, Do you think the second one will install,no, any ideas folks????
I went to ancestry used their method, tried the setup.exe thing to no avail also the auto setup, all it does is shut down my previous 2012 ftm and wont let me get into the new install in fact it doesn't reg in my list (control panel).

Oh thats odd, Ive just done it myself and after an intial faff about, it installed ok on mine so I got my new 6 months sub

I did think about you Heather,so yours worked OK. I wonder if I uninstall my previous version and then install the new one,does that sound right, I can get the trees back from ancestry.

Phoned thro to Ancestry in the end they extended the premium by 6 months, curious tho, no questions asked about the new software????
