In the BT phone books there was an A E Roberson living at 3 Chesterfield Court, Chesterfield Road, Ashford Middx.
The last entry is in 1981 which would fit with Olive's death if she kept the phone entry in Albert's name after he died.
Does this address ring any bells?

Well, my MIL's memory is a bit patchy, but she has told me tonight that her parents were living in Kilburn and her dad went for a haircut and died in the barber's chair. So that could explain a Paddington reg (she doesn't remember where the barber's was). She said her mum carried on living on her own in kilburn, and was moved to sheltered housing about a year before she died. She can't remember the address, but her mum did die in Ashford hospital, so Moggie's discovery is a possible. I was amazed that my MIL spoke about all this - of course, tomorrow she may have gone back to not wanting any research done.
