If you don't want the stuff your grandson put/installed on the computer it may be simpler to go direct to reformatting the disk and reinstalling Vista from the CD/DVDs (assuming you still have them). Although now I think of it that will involve a phone call to Microsoft to reactivate it.

Thank you Col48 and Wendy still looking at the Computer sitting on the table I haven't got a disk or any thing that goes with the Computer not a thing family can't find anything to do with the Computer ( Kids ) thanks anyway ive tried every password I could think of but nothing .
