1841 and possibly 1851 lookups, please

Are John Baker Evans b1776 Letton, Hereford and his wife Christiana still alive in 1841 and thereafter?

I've found a potential death registration for Christiana in 1860 but would like to confirm whether or not it's her via census info.

Looked at the 1841 for John Evans born in herefordshire and wife Christina, but found no match
There is a John Evans born c1771 in Herefordshire on 1841 who is on his own in Marcle Much Herefordshire
One in Clifford Herefordshire born c1776 still has his wife Mary
One in Peter Peterchurch born c1776 with an Allis (age 45) and John (age 11)

Looked on 1851
No matches with a wife Christina
One born Coosop herfordshire c1777 in the Abby dore workhouse (Widow)
All others born post 1780
