    Pictures in emails........

Not attachments but pictures which are enclosed within the body of emails, never appear in my mails. How can I redress this problem please?

Which email program do you use, Jen? Do you mean pictures people have sent to you or are these emails from websites?

Hi L53, yes pictures in emails which people send me. My Son In Law in particular is always sending me jokes and many of them contain pictures......which for some reason I am unable to see. I get my emails from AOL my server L53.

Ah, I gave up on AOL years ago as I didn't like the email interface, so have no current knowledge of it. However, there should be a setting somewhere to enable images. In the email itself, do you see a space where the pic should be? It may give you the option to right-click and choose "download pictures." Either that or there should be an option within the email itself to enable the images.

This is what AOL help suggests.

Thanks for that L53, I will take a look at the help section and re-check some of the emails sent me, I may have overlooked something.
