my great grand father did everything in his surrey village but he got married in watford which was not where his wife came from either!

good morning Tinkerbe and thanks for the site....I`ll have a look at this soon.I can see what you mean by where they got married and realistically the Registry office is definitely an option,but the likes of Leigh/Wigan would have been highly unlikely inmy eyes...thats quite a distance from Liverpool to travel to......regards...allan;)
