Having found a snippet on Gale when we could get in the other day I have tracked down the original article from Plymouth archives and received it today. It is a very intersesting peice about Earl Edgcumbe.
The title of the article is "Tribute of Respect to a Landowner. The Earl of Mount Edgumbe and his Tenants."
The following are listed in the article as tenants present at the event. They are from Devon and Cornwall.

I have had a look through the surname interests and Debz is the only one with a positive match. But then thought maybe someone may have the surname interest but no Gedcom loaded hence the post.
