Do you have ANY idea why some districts have no coverage of any events? Manchester is particularly bad, hardly any coverage at all (I mean central Manchester as opposed to the various old registration districts).

I think it's just a question of who's got around to doing what. Presumably people will offer to do areas which are most useful to themselves before moving on to any other areas.
It's all volunteers, like FreeBMD, FreeREG, and FreeCEN.
